Default engine swap

i have a 1982 grand prix that we swapped out the v6 for a 455 from a 1975 gp we used the brackets and motor mounts from the 75 gp the problem we have is the motor sit's about 2-3 inches to high does any one know what brackets and mounts to use to lower the motor any help would be great

You should use the motor mounts for a 301 that came in the 82. They will line right up.

1982 used a Buick V6,350 Olds diesel or a Chevy 305. But the engine mounts from a 301 equipped '78-81 would work.
