My project is getting bigger every time I touch something, pulled out the old rotted 3/8 & 1/4 inch fuel lines for replacement, is it possiable to fish the new lines (from PY) thorugh and over the rear control arm/shock tower area with out raising the body form the frame

your options are pretty much limited to sectioning the line, put a single or bubble flare on the ends, then putting a length of rubber hose to connect. not exactly ideal, but gets the job done. or, lift the body. if you do that, it gives you an excuse to replace the body mounts, and we all know what a fun job that can be......LOL

I stared off in that direction (replacing the body mounts) got scared, front clip is off due to rad support rotting out, thought I could simply replace the support, I was wrong
saw the bad cowel mounts and bought the mount kit, 3 of the 4 cowel mounts bolts broke, went to the pass side middle, broke, I wasn't planning on removing the body but at this point looks like that were I'm headed |

I was thinking of replacing fuel pump with electric unit and run new braided flexible lines

-6 hose...which is basically 3/8"....and alot of practice cutting the hose and installing the ends! Use Aeroquip or Russel's....stay away from cheap in-house brands like Jeg's...etc...and good luck! PS...I used electrical tape and a sharp hatchet with @ a 2# sledge and lay the hose on an anvil or steel plate and strike it...similar to a cable cutter. Don't laugh until you try it. I've tried hacksaws and such...to no avail.
