Going over today to see the paint job and start bringing some of the left over parts home! Hopefully in the next week or two I'll bring the car home. As stated above once home the interior and glass still needs to be installed. I'll try to snap a few pictures and post for your enjoyment later today!! LOL

I painted my hood scoop black. It really brings out the color of the hood. You've come a long way, keep going. At least bolt in a seat(1) and drive it around the block. When I got my motor in it put rad support and drove it down the block, NO fenders or hood. Who needs body panels??? That p-dude slug needs to be beat on, its not for the faint hearted.
Q: Looks like you have tall valave covers, how close is the brk booster to the vc. Mine ti close with short covers.

The original size booster did hit the valve cover...switched it to a smaller diameter. |

It's been a long time getting this far and I must say seeing some paint on the car sure relieves some of the pain! LOL |

Looks great! At some point you may want to put a coat of black paint over the front of your radiator & trans cooler so they don't show through the grills. Keep plugging away. They may never be totally "done", but they do get to the point where you can have a lot of fun with them!

Wondering if you did any mods to the chassis to stiffen things up? The convertible bodies flex quite a bit, I notice it on mine when I get on it, so I can only imagine what yours will feel like...

I don't have to kick any dirt off when I wake up so I can't complain. And, the wife is still mean as ever! I hope to see you riding around in that hotrod very soon. And, I hope you get to see me doing the same!
