C'mon Brew! The Lions record is WAY more unbelievable than the Packers. We have more wins than losses!

Not me But how about that Sam Hurd? The 2,000,000 that he got from the Bears since July just isn't enough. WOW, Just wait till other NFL THUGS are implicated on this one.

Cool

I love the color combination! White with saddle kicks butt! Not a lot of attention to detail on this one. Black paint over the complete assembled control arm. So easy to do it correct! What did they do with the correct master cylinder? It was on the car when they took it apart.

Was that BVZ old car? Was it a chicken delete car? Still love the hood bird!

Yes that was my 73 SD for 20 years.
Youssef in Miami bought it from me.
My internet is so slow i only looked at a couple pix, but definitely checking out the rest of them later.

It wasn't ordered with hood bird, but i had an NOS one still in the GM tube that went with the car. So maybe that decal was still good.

Sort of too bad the shop didn't rebuild the original master cyl.
It was day one unit.
So were the rotors and drums. And pretty much everything else except 1 repaint.
Very fantastic car. Still amazes me i had such a thing.

He also has a White 74 SD he restored before he bought my 73.
Very great guy and i'm glad he bought it.
He'll probably keep it even longer than i did.

Great pictures and story too. I see you have your favorite pair of jeans on, sure miss mine.
Those master cylinders are repairable and rare thus surprised the shop didnt restore it?
You must have a boat load of stories owning a car like that for so long. Cool stuff BVZ!

That was/is one of cleanest SD TA to start a restoration with as well. Well kept for 20 years, and I'll bet more stories too.

Thanks BVZ, and Youssef in Miami is probably enjoying those SD's!!

Nice Ride !
The old poster car had red interior, wondered if it was same car.
But the poster car had a hood bird and flat polished trim rings.

Wasn't that car restored a few years ago and featured in Pontiac Enthusiast magazine?
