What about Maurice ( Stallion...), wasn't that a low 7 N/A Tiger combo?

So far, I count like 5 or 6?

See sig below. You guys can figure out the HP. It has never been dynoed, but it should be a bit over 1000 HP.

Sorry, but Gaby did not do the work on my heads.

There is still more in it. Needs a different cam to compliment the head work. Not this year though. Will be racing T/S all year.

Dwight, Mine ended up with 1098 on the 7th pull....I was told I could use a bit more cam.... but for now I need to get the rest of the car sorted out.

I have what I would call an All Pontiac "Crate Motor" with off the shelf parts selected by Frank a few years back.....first time in the car it showed about 950, but I was getting water in the oil, I sent it out to BES for them to find/fix that problem and while they had it they did some work on the intake, heads, changed pistons, and we ended up with the 1098...I think it was a bit more than we expected based on my rotating assembly/pan/etc.... it has not shown this in the car yet...but I think I am getting closer.

I am planning on a little more gear, better hood/scoop/airpan setup, lose some weight, and get the 60ft. down.... my goal is to have a car that can run the 8.50 index in the summer heat....maybe help fill the field in the 10.5 class at a Ram series race here and there...I don't get to race the car as much as I would like.

Hopefully I can make it to Norwalk to see all the new combos out there and see some of my old Pontiac friends from my "before kids" racing days.......

So, we have basically 7 people in the country who have the credibility to talk smack about what a product like the CV should make. The rest are a bunch of pom pom shaking cheerleaders...some who don't even make much over 800hp with any head, let alone 1000+.

There are many more than 7 people that are over that number. It is not up to us to post their findings. Some want to remain unknown.

If you know the weight and ET you can figure the HP. Just because you run in the sevens does not mean you make over a 1000 HP do to the weight of a light car or dragster. Time + weight over a 1/4 mile = HP. Not speed.

Can you even imagine back in 2005 when Frank and I started this company we all would be talking about a head that makes 1050 Hp Plus today? We have gone from a hobby to a industry in seven years. Pontiacs were thought of as none competing engine, until now.

That's probably true of all the head manufacturers.

ET/Weight/Engine HP calcs only show the minimum HP to achieve that ET.
(not necessarily the dyno HP number for that engine)

You can't question the fact the Tiger head has proven to be the HP leader for Pontiac engines at this time. There are also more then a few Tiger headed engines making less then 850 HP.
