Not my first car, but this is my first Pontiac.
1963 Laurentian....at the time this pic was taken (1979) it still belonged to on of the guys in the picture with me...I bought it a couple of months later.

I'm the tall guy in the green vest, the original owner is the guy in the black vest next to me.

Around 1992. I was 16 or 17 in this pic.

In 1997 or 98 getting it out of storage. Probably should have used a car cover

Man, I am continually amazed when I see guys posting pics from '90~'92....because I keep having to jolt myself back to the reality that 1992 was 20 years ago!

Anyway, following is from 1982. My cousin's '62 Bonneville can be seen in background behind the '73 Caddy.

Here's one of me at the ripe old age of 18 next to my '70 Monte Carlo...... I can't believe how scrawney I was back then..... The '54 F-100 in the background was mine too. The pic was taken 1986 in Vallejo CA.

Here's a picture of me.... I was probably 7 or 8.... and thats my parents '75 Vega GT Estate wagon(never seen another one). The pic was taken in 1975 or 1976 In Minot ND.

This is my 67 that I brought back from Lubbock TX. The car wasn't running and I had 2 weeks to get it ready for the drive home in 1991. My grandfather came with me on the trip. Had a blast. This is how the car looks today.

Here are a couple of my 69 Firebird and me, aged 18, in 1989.

The first was snapped by my brother in law after he managed to talk me into taking an antique mirror to his sisters place across town. It was huge, that's it in sheets hanging out the back! Just thinking back about that day made me laugh...got it there in one piece luckily.

The second is an "action" shot that my Dad took of me backing out of the drive on my way to work. He snapped it from the drivers seat of his 70 LeMans.

Interesting....Did he take it from a mirror? It appears to be reversed. First, it appears to have been taken from the passenger's side and secondly, you appear to be in a right hand drive vehicle.

Trick photography Greg. Both right hand drive cars actually.

It's funny, been thinking about Dad taking that photo since I posted...I'd hogged both bays in the garage and he had returned from an interstate trip in the middle of the night so he blocked me in. He still got up to let me out in the morning...don't know why he had the camera handy but am glad he did! He was actually in his dressing gown as he took the photo. Anyhow....
