Didn't they all come with a tach in the dash unless you ordered the optional hood tach? I've also seen hood tachs on real 69 Trans Ams? Unless we see the PHS, he can claim anything he wants. But sub-12k miles and unrestored is definately awesome, but I don't think it's $90K awesome.
