My top fit great but with one problem, the seam where the rear panel is sewn on is in the corner of the rear window. it looks fine but the rear window trim is held out a bit becase of it at the corner.

I'm not sure if this has been corrected. I just lived with it because it was done before I realized the problem.

Is it hard to find the crome that goes around the bottom of the 65 vinyl top? Thank you Randy.

It's actually aluminum and most of the time it's in poor shape and needs some expensive restoration. but I have seen sets for sale.

I've seen them for about $300 , figure about as much to restore them if you want them perfect.

You might run a want ad on this forum and see what happens. watch ebay too ofcourse.

I can try to get a picture but the problem is the seem is right in the corner of the window, the trim doesn't lay down well with the bulk in that spot. it should have the seem several inches to the inside to eliminate this problem.

I think the vinyl is correct but only shreds of my original were left so I can't say for sure. yes it is Legendary .
