Camping World Truck Series is part of NASCAR. You said you had a "self imposed NASCAR blackout" that would include CWTS.

And "High Banked Tri-Ovals" are basically all NASCAR (with a little ARCA thrown in).

So what you're telling us is you really are a NASCAR fan...

Of course Sonoma does run some other types of cars - Indy, World Touring Car and then the Classic Sports Car Challenge.

It is a free country, Alvin. I just get confused when you contradict yourself...

Let it never be said that I failed to give Danica credit for doing reasonably well.

She qualified 24th for the Coke 600 last night. Now we'll have to see if she can finish higher than she started.

That's only 19 positions from her qualifying spot, makes no difference she'll finish in the same spot she usually does barring an accident, last car running 5 laps down. Maybe 6 since this is a 600 mile race.

Out for a Sunday drive, Wanica the "Touring Queen".............................

Advance to the rear...............

Yep, she even beat the boss by .001, I have no idea of why SHR can't seem to get a handle on the gen 6 chassis. It's almost too late for any of the 2 drivers, and the touring queen to make it into the chase. Ryan 17th, Tony 21st, Wanica 28th. Denny Hamlin missed 4 races and is still 27th ahead of Wanica, which has started all 11 races, that pretty much says it all.......................

Ryan and Tony just need to win a couple of races to make the chase via the wild card. Not saying they will, but it's well within the realm of possibility.

You failed to mention that Mark Martin (NASCAR's sexy senior citizen) has missed 2 races and is 30 points ahead of the "Touring Queen" (I love that description) in the standings.

She's due for one.

But she drives around so slow that usually she isn't anywhere near the action and has plenty of time to avoid any wrecks.

Crazy race, almost everyone had damage, blew up or Fox News tried to take 'em out.

Danica was charged with assault for beating on the walls.

Brad took blame for his wreck with Danica, but I think that will change once he watches it on tv.

Thxs for the laugh Dave!

Goes with the DW comment: "... and Danica was doing pretty good until she wrecked..."

Which goes with: "...that skydive was going great until right at the end with the parachute not opening and the sudden stop."
