Milka Duno's driving was pretty entertaining in today's ARCA race.

Alvin, she was involved in most of the action.

Exactly. And right or wrong, Milka was "involved in most of the action" up front at or near the lead of the race...not laps down at the end of the pack like some other over hyped racer this thread is about...

Danica's beating the steering wheel with her hands during temper tantrum today was just too cute. You go girl! Last edited by Alvin; 05-05-2013 at 08:11 PM. |

![]() Good racing that last 30+ laps. That 2nd pack catching the lead pack was pretty cool using the low line in the corners - they made up some serious distance! Newman ended up with another car on his roof - sorry for him, he was a contender! I was waiting for Mr. Busch's expletive laced interview as he exited the infield care center but I guess they decided not to put a camera in his face.

I watched the after race show on speed, and they had a short interview from wanica, and she was upset because she said the wreck happened ahead of her and someone turned her into the wall.
THATS REALLY FUNNY BECAUSE THEY SHOWED A REPLAY FROM THE BLIMP AND SHE CLEARLLY MOVED UP AND SQUEEZED A CAR THAT WAS UP AGAINT THE WALL AND PUT HERSELF IN THE WALL AS A RESULT! Ryan newmans interview after the wreck was pretty good! Also a big shoutout to first and second place today with a underfunded team!

What a shocker, two GWC finishes and KB causes another wreck.

After 10 races, let's put Danica's season into perspective.
She has the same quality of equipment as Denny Hamlin and Mark Martin. Mark is a part time driver and in 2 less races has 207 points. Denny has missed 4 races and has 155 points. Danica has made all 10 races and has 180 points. There is a reason that Danica is in 27th placie in the point standings. There are only 7 drivers that have less points than her that have competed in all 10 races. Bobby Labonte is 3 points back, David Gilliland and Dave Blaney are 7 behind - all with underfunded teams. Further behind are JJ Yeley, David Reutimann, Travis Kvapil and Josh Wise - also underfunded teams. 27th may sound "fair" when you consider that 43 cars start each race. But when you realize that it's not always the same 43 drivers in the same 43 cars, one realizes that 27th place sucks. |

I thought it humerous it was her BF that caused the wreck that put her out.

Do you think that Newman will be fined by NASCAR for his comments?

Wasn't his fault 36 blocked him into the wall.

I disagree, he tried for a hole that wasn't there. Even Denny said the air moves the cars around so much that it may look like a driver moved when the air moved them over.
I thought he gave a pretty good drivers perspective, a nice change from the talking heads that no nothing about driving the new cars.

It was a block gone bad. A big clue is in the Yeley interview.

I was wondering why, before the rain came, they had her following/drafting with her boyfriend.
(around 12th maybe?) Then a few minutes later, he's in 2nd and she's further behind? Why couldn't she follow him and be 3rd?

I could hardly believe what I heard yesterday but the commentator was saying that Stenhouse and Patrick were dating and they were going around "nose to tail". A very different choice of words.
