Not a fan of the log, but very tempting. Not a bad price either.

You wanna go in on it and be neighbors?

Nah that place it too well kept for me. The rest o the neighborhood would be pissed with in a month,
Living by you would be no issue! The local police might not be happy tho

I thought it was amazing that you could see civilization from there. Big city compared to where I am. 25 acres is a speck there.

Bruce that's my thought also. I'd prefer 3-500 acres as a buffer. The view is ruined by civilization.

Safety in numbers is a good plan.

You should see the shacks and tiny parcels of land you can get out here for the same price...

Nice joint, but I'd have to turn off that fountain, or I'd be peeing 10-12 times a night instead of just 2-3.

Trap range. OOOooooh.

Nice but I'd only want the guest apartment and garage. I gues I could rent out the main house and land for 75,000 a month to pay for it.... or sell that part off.

BTW, he does have excellent taste for his mowing equipement. I'd take that too. Tho I'd have to keep my tractor and the snowblower for the Montana winter snow.

Price reduced 300k to 1,495,000 and the property taxes are half of what I pay here!!!

I like it!

For that kind of money in Montana, I'd need at least ten times the acreage.

I just saw a listing in Maine- 795 acres for $500K. I think another million on top of that would build me a nice spread.
