Dave that sounds like a real nice combo it will have plenty of HP and tons of torque. Put the biggest tire back there that you can fit and if she hooks up you will have a fast street machine. Nice combo and nice rear gear you will enjoy the car set up like that. Too many guys try to over build their street cars and ruin their streetability then they are no longer fun to drive. Besides if your engine make too much power the tires just go up in smoke and all you will be able to see thru the smoke is Mustang tail lights in the distance.
