can't speak for Bill, but I have examined both in person (at the POCI show in St. Charles) and can't say I would spend MY money on either one

I have a 71 Trans Am four speed. I've owned numerous 71 and 72 but 40 years ago. The shaker on my restored 71 does not look right to me. The flap looks like it's not the right size. I always thought I remembered them fitting tight and seal the hole. Is this correct or is this incorrect? If it's incorrect, does anybody know somebody who can repair it?

The door looks to me to be the issue. The angles look wrong to me. Check with Ames as they used to sell repop doors. If they can’t help you I can get you a door. The picture I posted is the door that Ames sells.

I do not see it on the website. I sent them an email asking if they sell that. I think what I really need is that piece that goes in front of the door so you can't see the hinge and stuff but if I could get it all I would love to replace it all. What do you have available?
