I had a Mayfair Maize car (one of the least popular cars today) and the very day I got it, I said' "I'll paint it black someday". Couldn't imagine that I could grow to love a yellow car. That color grew on me and to this day is still one of my favorites, especially with a black interior. The car made me love the color and I'd really like to have another just like it.
Here's a Primavera '68 with Ivy Gold interior. Not a green interior but not way off. I can't see it fitting the description of 'ugly' if it did have a green interior...for what it's worth.
I had a Primavera Beige '68 Firebird 400 with a gold interior and gold vinyl top. One of my favorite combos. I've seen several other 68 Firebirds in that combination. The interesting thing about the birds is that they have mostly been 400 automatics with A/C, deluxe interior, and a lot of other options, and all were sold new in California. I would guess maybe someone who gave guidance on what colors dealers should order for stock thought that combo might be successful in CA in 1968...

I am looking at a 1968 GTO hard top in the Primavera Beige with the Gold interior.
My GTO's have either been Liberty Blue or Matador Red.
Is the Primavera Beige color a rare color?
It's 2025 and GTO's are getting very expensive, more than an early model HellCat.
