Glad I stumbled on to this thread....very, very encouraging. 3 months ago I was still at my business, but feeling a bit congested. I put off going to the doctor for a week or so, but went when it persisted. Within a week, they told me I had lung cancer....fast changing world!
That was in early Nov. Today, we are at MD Anderson in Houston. Surgery to cut the mass away was too risky, so radiation treatment is the first order of business, then chemo. I am at treatment #14 out of 35.
I have a long ways to go, but we have vowed to whip this cruel disease, with the help and blessing of God.

Cap passed 8 P.M. last night. He fought hard just the treatment is as hard as the disease.RIP Cap you are missed already. Les

Being a Cancer survivor(so far) I understand all to well what the treatments can do..
Some times you ask "What's the use"..
One of these days we will whip this damned disease..
