62 Vert near me. 195 3spd. Car is nearly ready for paint. Interior is done. Top is new (1400 bucks installed). The pictures are from before metal work was done. Floors and trunk are solid. Engine runs good (original). Needs a torque tube bearing. The car is a paint job away from being a nice local Friday night show quality driver.

My thoughts exactly!! Bumpers look real straight. Cant see any damage to the grill. Looks to be clean & straight for the price. Cant tell from the pictures but looks like a rust hole on top of the front right fender & a couple spots on the hood. Still, for the price, cant pass it up!!

Default My old Lemans on ebay again

The guy I sold my Lemans to felt the need to add some chrome parts to the engine bay and decided to sell it for a Chevy. A dealer from Delaware bought the car for $9K and now is using a "little old lady" story to sell it. It was a woman in her twenties or early thirties who originally owned the car. One night she lost control and ran off the road and hit a tree. She drove the car home, put it in the garage and there it sat for 39 years. During those 39 years, she passed away and her father (in his 90's) sold the car to the guy I bought it from.

I would advise everyone on this forum to stay away from this car!! The guy I sold it to was a real jerk and I think he did something to the new motor and that is why he is sold it. If you watch the video, you can hear all kinds of valve tapping and noises, none of which were there when I sold it. Also this is a $5K car every day of the week and not worth the 13K price tag the dealer wants for it now. Do not get taken by his cheesey sales pitch

If i had the space for a few cars, I would have to own that one. Just something about a 63 that I like.

Also a 61 Skylark for sale by me. Don't know if it is 2 or 4 door but has 215 and is only 600 bucks. Figured the doors or engine might be worth something to someone possibly
