If you are blaming order cancellations on your inability to fulfill the current orders that you still have, that's a house of cards that deserves to collapse (I believe we call that a pyramid scheme). You're essentially saying that taking people's money to fulfill other people's orders is required to do business, but that only works when you continue to have more orders coming in (aka suckers who have the potential to be left in the cold).
