Here's the main garage. There is another 4 car garage off to the side. I also have a barn out back that the boat and sand rail park in... This is an old pic....the '71 and '69 Grand Prix's found new homes...

That TEXAS plate came off a 69 Impala coupe i had ,the Impala had heaps of history with it , i believe the chev Impala was built in a car plant in Arlington TX , and the first 2 owners lived in Dallas . i could even see the houses where it lived in TX on Google earth as i had the address's on service dockets , Its a lot of fun seeing where your car has been over the last 40 years if you have the paper work to prove it .
cheers kel. |

The neighbor, son in law and I built this garage in 2003. We did everything except poor the concrete. It is 26' x 30' two story that is fully insulated and heated. The overhead door 18'. The side walls are 14' high to accomodate a 4 post lift. It is a great work place, but like everyone else, wish it was bigger!

I had my eye on this neon sign in a closed-up carburetor shop in the Humboldt Park neighborhood in Chicago. One day, I was driving by and saw an old man in his wheelchair
with his nurse outside the carb shop . . . it was the owner and I bought the sign and put it up in my garage! |

I put these 3 full size pontiac rearends on a couple of inexpensive free-weight racks: they work well and can take the weight.

I find the construction interesting as floor is using the studs in tension to roof with lots of connector plates? Big truss type construction. Is this a framing package?

Sure would be nice if you'd rotate pictures. Took me a while to realize those rear ends weren't hanging on the wall.
