Nice pix Tambo!

Literally after passing many Maserati, Ferrari, Beamer, Benz’s, etc. this one jumped out to me in traffic:

I just followed this “Plum Crazy” ’71 ‘Cuda into the gas station on my way home tonight to grab a shot for C.O.I.’s (Captain of Iron) excellent P.L.P. - Parking Lot Paparazzi Thread.

I’m definitely biased as my 1st street car was a “Land Yacht” Chrysler New Yawker Mopar with a 440 cid engine that was WOT most of the time I drove it in my 50,000 miles in 6 months of “youthful exuberance.”*

This sweet looking ‘Cudas’ owner can be seen exiting and heading to the gas pumps in this photo. Life IS GOOD!!!

Had the bird out several weeks ago for dinner and it attracted a Mustang...

Various cars I've seen the past two weeks. Missed out on some that were moving targets, a white 60 Corvette, two Ferrari's, one Maserati and loads of vintage Porsches.

Look again: No evil eye, instead - if you zoom in - you'll see a proud smile by the owner. For what it matters followed him in w a F-150!

Here's one for Memorial day vets. The owner dedicated his TA to veteran's. This was at the Trans Am nationals.

The SuperSize Horn is from the “sister” location of the now defunct Houston based “Billy Blues” Bar & Grill.

A “can’t-miss-it” 63-foot Smokesax created by artist Bob Wade using recycled Volkswagon car parts is the focal point of Billy Blues Bar & Grill, a Houston restaurant and night spot renowned for its barbecue grill and live Blues music by local and nationally known acts that leave folks cryin’ for more!

I really miss this place - Billy Blues. Many a great local and national acts live on a weekly basis were to be enjoyed...such as Brian Setzer, and Houston Blues Society member performers, etc.

Artwork creation (below) was located near the main club entrance in the parking lot.

Took my bird out for some gas the other day and ran into a local guy who has a clone of the Rockford Files car. it's a 77 with an olds 403 motor. The car is very clean inside and out. The owner used to be work on the Rockford Files production crew. He's got several photos of James Garner posing with this car.

Since I have a type of this kind of car (no wing "Firebird") I really liked this photo and story. I guess a 403 plain bird is not stock. Car looks very clean. I had a TA in that color. Thanks.
