Nice car with a waterbed steering wheel. Even if it was a generic reproduction wood steering wheel, it would make this car look a lot better. It's the only thing I can see that's not stock.

Here's a color I've never heard of. Dealer car 72 Lemans in Brittany Beige in Michigan at $33K BIN. It looks so much better without the judge wing and Ram Air stickers on the hood. Nicely optioned car, and, just like 92% of them, it has the wrong decals on the air cleaner.

78 Trans AM 4-speed in Nevada at BIN $14K OBO. Doesn't run but seems to be all there. Calif car so there should be minimal rust. If this were an automatic, it would sell for half of what a 4-speed with get. You could prolly talk this seller down some, but FWIW there's 20 watchers.

Happy Fantasy Football Super Bowl Sunday... I like my odds today. I'm not much into modified cars, but I'd drive this one. 77 T/A LS1 with $169K into it in Tennessee at $10K with a reserve. Former SEMA 2016 show car, it only has 350 miles on it since it was finished. My guess is it'll bid up to over $50K and fail to meet the reserve. Engine has a lot of wasted money in bling and while I sorta like the interior, I kinda don't.

69 Firebird dealer car at $45K BIN in Texas. Nice enough car, but some very simple mistakes make this car worth much less. The waterbed steering wheel, shifter, aftermarket wheels, a real 400 hood, Pontiac air cleaner with stock chrome valve covers and console could be changed and this would look like a different car. 455 with 6X heads.

I'm in the same boat actually. as soon as the snow clears up I'll be selling my 69. I fully expect it to be scrutinized once I do, but I realize it's flaws. I won't be asking $40K that's for sure, so for what it is, I think I'll get what I want out of it. I've learned a lot of things to look for from the experts. I never realize PUI seat covers were not the best choice... my car has them.

That 64 Vert looks really really solid.
They should get some decent coin outta that.

Driver door glass is soft ray , vent window is clear. Pass door both are clear.
Would assume the quarter glasses are missing.
Trunk lid is worth 1-2k if its Cali-Clean along back edge in and out.

Some dead 64-65 GT0 Verts out there that would love to have that body.

71 Formula 455 no engine/transmission and a trashed interior at $1K NR in Nebraska. Gotta read between the lines on a car like this because a restoration shop is selling it. If they're selling it, then it's probably not worth restoring. The fact that this car was originally a 455 car really means nothing unless you put a correct block code engine in there, even though it's not the numbers matching one. I did this with my 69 Firebird 350HO 4-speed convertible. Seached for years and finally found a complete "WN" engine. Before I found the engine, I bought a WN bare block. When I'm done with the car the only numbers that will be incorrect will be the serial number on the block... it's the best i can do. The car is rumored to be one of 12 350 HO convertibles, so it was worth the search, but that was 10 years ago when there were more parts to be found. An original number correct engine for this car would cost a lot, like $10K+ carb to pan. Without the original engine, the difference in value between any 71 Firebird in good shape vs. this one with a generic 455 engine wouldn't matter much. That rust hole on the side tells me a lot about how deep it is.

Formula 455 is a rare Bird, especially Blk/Blk and loaded.
But that isn't the 455HO roundport engine option, its the general 455 with Dport heads.

First sentence says clean clear title.
Paragraph later it says Bill of Sale only.
That's a heavy conflict of terminology.

There was one for sale on here by a member, it might still be for sale.

Found the production numbers for 455cid (all were Automatics) = 350
Thought it would be even lower than that number.

Total with 455HO was 321 (Auto + 4spd combined)
