71 Formula 455 no engine/transmission and a trashed interior at $1K NR in Nebraska. Gotta read between the lines on a car like this because a restoration shop is selling it. If they're selling it, then it's probably not worth restoring. The fact that this car was originally a 455 car really means nothing unless you put a correct block code engine in there, even though it's not the numbers matching one. I did this with my 69 Firebird 350HO 4-speed convertible. Seached for years and finally found a complete "WN" engine. Before I found the engine, I bought a WN bare block. When I'm done with the car the only numbers that will be incorrect will be the serial number on the block... it's the best i can do. The car is rumored to be one of 12 350 HO convertibles, so it was worth the search, but that was 10 years ago when there were more parts to be found. An original number correct engine for this car would cost a lot, like $10K+ carb to pan. Without the original engine, the difference in value between any 71 Firebird in good shape vs. this one with a generic 455 engine wouldn't matter much. That rust hole on the side tells me a lot about how deep it is.
