I had to go look at the block this morning to make sure I didn't misstate this. It is simply H31. Roger said this in a PM to me from some time ago. He said N104xxx build without knowing my VIN at the time, which is not 4xxx but 3459. Pretty got dang close.

Of interest, H31 is the only date cast, I've run across that skipped the 0 for year cast.

As far as dates cast,
H240, H260, H280, H300 (a Sunday! personally examined this block & wrote it down) H31, I010, I020, I040, I080 have all been documented as late August early Sept 483637 455 block casting dates. I100 also may have been used (trying to confirm with a better pic).
