In driver's points - that is correct.

In owner's points - the 10 car is 25th - which is a better representation of how bad she really is. When cars with multiple drivers have more points - that means you aren't very good.

Many of the cars currently behind her's in points will ultimately finish ahead of her.

At least the race announcers and the media aren't talking about her every 5 minutes

Crickets began w the 275 to 1 Vegas odds...hardly a peep. Enjoy it while you can cause you know anyone who "offends her" will be subject to extraordinary scrutiny...to everyone else it will simply be known as...

RACING!

Thank God, but I did notice a strange thing at Daytona. She got the biggest applause of any of the drivers, including Dale,JR. What's up with that?

Dollars to Donuts that Tony finishes ahead of her in the points...

Tony has had a horrendous start to the year, but he has the ability and drive to still make the Chase with other drivers still on the track.

Danica, not so much.

At least we know Tony will win a race this year, Danica, not so much.

Stewart can drive a car as good as he ever could, changing crew chiefs almost as often as changing underwear is not in the teams best interest. he also has had some really serious trouble recovering from the broken leg 2 years ago.

Last Sunday he was in the low 20s in position and as soon as they gave him a car he could drive he quickly made it back up into the top 10. Then the incident with Algier (51 car) bent the suspension on the RF and it then started eating the RF tire off which ultimately caused a blowout sending him into the wall, 3 laps lost in the pits and 2 more lost on the track trying to manhandle a car with the front end not repaired properly (bent upper A frame, too much camber) causing the tire to fail.

Tony has had more than his share of bad luck in the last 2-3 years having a horrible accident that left him with a really bad leg injury. Then last year with the Kevin Ward trying to jump onto his car under caution, ultimately ending in Ward's death.
As already mentioned not keeping the same crew chief for more than 2 years maximum, and sometimes less than a year, is not giving him a good car to drive.

Defending having the touring princess on one of your teams, I would imagine is also a constant distraction.

His judgement calls are to me more in question than his driving abilities lately, IMO.

He's not a quitter and still enjoys racing, I look for him to win a race this year and be in the chase. He may not win the chase, but he will be in it.

On March 28th the All Star Circuit Of Champions will be appearing at Atomic Speedway here in Ohio. Tony is supposed to be at the track as the new owner of the Sprint car series. Maybe, I could get a chance to talk to him and possibly gain some insight on the condition of his leg injury. My wife is an RN, and told me that type of leg injury is very slow to mend, plus he's had 5 surgeries on it since the accident.

Tony has a lot on his plate, but he has already proven even with distractions he can win a Championship. Hopefully he can get all the ducks in a row and show he's still a top notch wheel man.

If Harvick, Johnson or any of the top drivers in cup were dealing what Tony is, I doubt you'd see them up front all season either. Harvick has already folded his race teams to give more time to his Sprint Cup efforts, the difference has already shown up in success.

Tony owns Eldora, and is a partner in 2 other dirt tracks, has Tony Stewart Racing sprint car teams. He just bought the All Star Circuit of Champions traveling Sprint car series which was in a real mess due to the former owner, and needs a bunch of attention. Is a half owner of SHR and has 4 cup teams to keep track of. That includes defending the touring princess to critics, and Kurt Busch's on and off track drama. He is dealing with a serious leg injury that has been painful for over 2 years and the Kevin Ward incident. He has the upcoming NASCAR Mudsummer truck dirt track event at Eldora in June. He also owns a company that manufactures R/C cars that he likes to dabble with in his free time.........what free time? Until the Kevin Ward incident he was competing in Sprint cars 40-50 nights a year too, plus 36 NASCAR Cup events.

No other driver he competes against in Cup has half of the distractions that he has. Anyone that is criticizing Tony's ability to drive, should be looking at all the venues he has his hands into, quick change crew chiefs, and the pain physical and mental that he deals with on a daily basis. I know I'd probably quit driving if I were in his shoes. Anyone else want to try to manage Tony's work load and pain, and still get in a Cup car every weekend and be up front constantly?

If he has too much on his plate, he will have to decide what is the most pressing of all his businesses, and maybe divest some of the headaches and distractions to get his head more into his driving role. I know I have always been amazed that with all the sidelines he was still a force to be reckoned with in a Cup car too. He's getting older and it may be catching up to him..........

Johnson's not having a stellar year himself - and he has no distractions.

Danica Patrick threatens to kick male driver in cherries

Danica Patrick has a long history of confronting other drivers when they do something to upset her. Just last month she grabbed Denny Hamlin on pit road following an accident between the two in a Daytona 500 qualifying race.

The most recent incident involving Patrick came after Sunday's race at Phoenix International Raceway where according to Alex Bowman, Patrick threatened to kick him in a very sensitive area. Apparently Patrick was angered how hard Bowman, multiple laps down, had raced her and expressed that frustration in the garage post-race.

Bowman shared the exchange on Twitter, even acknowledging he made a mistake in not knowing Patrick was the same lap as the leaders. But Patrick was having none of his apology and when pressed for details on what transpired, Bowman explained.

I guess being a girl, wannika won't have to visit the trailer for a good talking to about her problems with the men folk.
Must be real made lately, can't drive, might just as well cry about everyone picking on her.
She's on her way out, GO DADDY can't afford a looser for much longer

If she was where she belongs instead of in a race car she wouldn't have been wrecked.

Too bad that the Ice Princess doesn't have any sensitive areas to hit...

There is a reason I call the witch the Ice Princess - she feels nothing.

To the credit of the Ice Princess, yesterday she tied Janet Guthrie's record for most top 10 finishes by a female in NASCAR's top series.

Of course, Janet set that record in her 25th start driving part time in the series. It took the Ice Princess 88 starts to get to 5 top 10's while driving some of the best equipment available as a full time competitor...
