"Come to Go Daddy, we're mid pack"

Not the message I'd be sending if I were in charge.

He did win a few races during his career, something the touring princess won't be able to do, especially without prime equipment. Kyle won 8 races in 9 years and finished a best 5th in the championship standings. The touring princess is 3 years without better than a 6th place finish and 27th and 28 in points, big difference.

The touring princess is never going to be a success in NASCAR or any other top racing venue because she is not a "racer". She is so easily distracted during a race and gets all flustered on the radio.

Her feedback to the crew chief about the car sucks. She knows less about a race car than most females do. If you don't know what the car is doing, and have some idea of what it takes to correct it, the crew chief is lost on what to do to it to make it better without real feedback.

The Waldrip drooling brothers don't have the backbone to call a spade a spade. They both make me sick. Fawning all over her and fail to put blame where blame is due when she screws up.

It's all been said before over and over and nothing changes, except the big dollars are going away at the end of the season. Aspen Dental and TaxSlayer aren't going to step up and pay the Go danny tab.

OK - So you disapprove of "106 pages,41000 views on this site!", really? Perhaps exercising the freewill option to seek comfort elsewhere & other threads would provide satisfaction?

So your point is - with all of that 'talent' - she should run for president, right?

For years it's been a superstition that green is a bad luck omen on race cars, anyone besides me notice she does better when her car isn't green? Same with Junior when he picked up other sponsors beside Mt Dew and his car was other than green he seemed to Dew better.......................LOL

Yes, I do believe green is a bad luck color on a race car. My 69 GP dirt car was white when I got it from the wrecking yard. They painted the door jambs and did a good job of color changing it. I was so damn mad when I started tearing it down and found out it was originally a Verdoro green car. In 3 years I only won 1 race with that car and blew too many engines to count. Compared to my 67 GTO in my signature that I won 13 races within 2 years.

I've owned other green street cars that were also incredibly unlucky, I will never buy one any longer, no matter how good a deal it is. NO more green cars in my driveway.

FWIW, this thread isn't all about the touring princess, it's become a NASCAR thread same as the SD thread and the HO thread. For some reason anything NASCAR or oval track gets a pass on this thread. Lots of other things have been discussed here besides the lame female driver's lack of accomplishments.

Maybe time for a real forum section about racing, other than drag racing. There are other forms of racing some people enjoy other than drag racing.

Speaking of motoracing, female, talent and winning...
NHRA champ Erica Enders wins (again) hometown race, powers into points lead = Danicant's wet dreams...

F1?

Does anybody really watch that?

I've been to the Grand Prix of Germany - most boring live racing event I've ever been to.

No need to watch it on TV.

F1 would love to have half the viewership that NASCAR has.

When she stops posing - that well will run dry, she'll lose her ride and a more deserving driver will get an opportunity.
When was the last time Danica "posed" for Go Daddy?

I look forward to learning who the new driver for SHR will be.

When it comes to Formula One versus NASCAR, you can be as rude as you like about the other side. Many people are - and you know what they say...

I started to say "...it seemed to work out ok for Jimmy Clark..." and then I decided maybe not.

NASCAR is not about racing, it's entertainment and money. If she continues to bring in money from sponsors and merchandise, she will have a place in motorsports entertainment.

Absolutely spot on.
Used to be a race might be entertaining, might not, it's racing and you never knew how one would unfold.
Now, it's got to be entertaining no matter what it does to the racing.

Wanna watch some real racing? Watch the IMSA/Tudor series.

France also noted the lack of breaks in NASCAR events.

“We’re also the only sport that has non-stop action,” France said. “(Aside from) cautions, we don’t have timeouts and big lulls in that respect. It is non-stop.
BS on that. From races with 10-15+ cautions, extended clean ups, Phantom debris, it's all big lulls with a little bit of action.
He's clueless.

It's amazing how much misinformation the author was able to put into one article...

If I were in my 20's and a NASCAR race car driver - I'd sure be looking for something better than that.

Danica's an old lady, compared to what he could be getting.

(Insert photo of some mid 20's hotties here)

I like that table. It would look good in my garage/office.
