they were still selling these cars new off of dealers' lots in 1975! Hindsight sucks. Couldn't give these cars away at one time. Just like the 50 ZL-! '69 Camaros returned to GM...who initially wasn't gonna charge the dealers for the $3,000 engine option on the $2,000 car but changed their minds. Wonder how that played out?

Looks like they painted yellow over the Limelight green too...and painted around the Superbird decal on the wing.

...1981, the first 1969 Daytona I purchased cost me $9k...it was a 10k actual mile one owner car, 440-4spd....F6 Green w/white interior

I don't think this is it, but one this color used to show up on a regular basis at a local cruise. It actually translates pretty well into a convertible.
