A bit of bad news on HO build, after disassembly of 455 block, hard use 20 years ago showed bad spot on main on crank one location, bearing failure of some sort. Looks salvageable, will have machinist report on in a few days.... Question for y'all: for a quality build, would you have issues with using a turned down crank or would you buy a Butler (Eagle?) new one? Is 71 factory crank now...
