Good question Mike. What do you need/use to create the WS's?

Thank you again for all the positive feedback! I post all the feedback I receive on my feedback page on my website.
I was at a large Pontiac show here last weekend and spotted several of my window stickers. As I walked around with friends, I was being introduced to many collectors that have some very rare cars. Some were original owners, some had multiple cars being restored, and many had all the original paperwork for their car(s) including the original window sticker. One thing I kept hearing over and over again was that the window sticker they had ordered from another source, years ago, wasn't anything like the true original window sticker they have with their paperwork. I had a folder with me showing examples of original window stickers, reproductions from other sources, and examples of my reproduction window stickers. I handed out some flyers and business cards, and several people ordered a window sticker right there. They simply had me take a photo of their invoice they had with them. As for what I need, I require the invoice, or Billing History Card, but I have actually created a few window stickers from just a build sheet. Those take a lot more time. I have factory price lists and price updates for all years, along with relevant bulletins pertaining to option content and price changes. I do not have access to original invoices based on your VIN, only PHS has that. I review what you have before placing an order. All paperwork remains confidential, unless the owner says it's ok to share. Mike

Bringing this back up to the top. Thank you again to everyone for selecting my services! I've been working on getting the 1976's up on my website, but keep getting sidetracked by orders. Been working on some exceptionally rare cars, and lots of 1969-1971 Judges. Many of my window stickers will be on several cars at the MCACN show in a few weeks.
While I do not advertise that I can do 1963 window stickers, if anyone is interested, please contact me and I can see if I have enough original window sticker examples for your particular model in order to create an accurate reproduction window sticker. For those interested, I not only include minor details that were seen on all original window stickers, such as a dealer code and other information on 1967-up window stickers, but I also show the message about the Federal Excise Tax adjustment that's shown at the bottom of most late-1965 and many 1966 Pontiac window stickers. http://www.musclecarfilms.com/PontiacWindowSticker.html Thanks again! Mike

It's been a while since I last updated everyone on this project.
The 1976 Firebird/Trans Am window sticker is now available. I've had a lot of owners of 1976 Special Edition cars that were waiting for this one, and it took longer than expected. The 1976 Firebirds used an entirely different form than what people are used to seeing (other reproduction companies used the 1975 or 1977 form). All the 1976's had the 50th Anniversary logo watermarked in the center. 1976 Firebirds (and some Atlanta plant Pontiacs) used a very different form. There was also an alternate 1976 version (which also used the 50th Anniversary logo) used in other Pontiac plants, which we do NOT have ready yet. I met quite a few people at the MCACN show last November that had one of my window stickers displayed on their Pontiac. The nicest compliment I hear is when an owner tells me that while their car is on display, other owners want to know where the window sticker came from because it looks so much different than the one they have, and I end up getting an order. Thank you to all that have helped get the word out. I appreciate all the nice feedback I've received. ![]() Mike

You want a challenge? I'll send you the PHS on my 68 GTO. From what I've deduced, it didn't go to a dealer, but it went to Pontiac engineering, to be prepped. Either as an exec's car, or for one of the car shows.

I've done window stickers for several unusual and very rare cars. I'm amazed at the paperwork people have on them! I've had about 7 factory engineering cars that I've created window stickers for. Mike

Mike - if I scan my PHS documentation and email it to you, and order the Window Sticker via credit card on your website, about how long is the turnaround time?

That's perfect, all I need is your invoice (1969-1979) or the Billing History Card (1968-earlier) e-mailed to me. I do ask that you send a photo of your documentation first, before paying, to make sure everything is readable.
Right now there's about a 7-day turnaround. Mike

Just want to add my name to the list of satisfied window sticker owners.
Mike made a sticker for my project and worked above and beyond to make it exactly the way I wanted it. Thanks again Mike,

Just an update on my reproduction Pontiac window stickers. I really appreciate all the positive feedback I've received, and I really enjoy doing these window stickers for Pontiac fans! At the MCACN Show in November, I counted 9 Pontiacs wearing one of my window stickers, and really enjoyed chatting with people and comparing notes.
I wanted to apologize to a few PY members that had sent me private messages about window stickers. I check this site daily, but I don't log in as much, and when I do I forget to check my private messages. If you don't get a response to a PM, PLEASE just send me an e-mail at [email protected] for info on a window sticker. I've done a few more 1961-1963 Pontiacs (including two 421SD cars), so even though I advertise only the 1964-1979 years, I can do some 1961-1963 Pontiacs if I have enough information. These are interesting to do because each production plant used their own pre-printed form, not a standard generic Pontiac form. Also, on request, I've added the EPA sticker that appeared next to window stickers on 1979 Formulas and Trans Ams. Thanks again for all your support and feedback! Mike

I don't remember seeing an EPA sticker on mine Mike. AKA the MPG stuff? The dealer might have removed it and tossed it before I picked the car up. Tho they did know not to toss the window sticker.
All I have left from my 79 Starlight Black 79 Formula is 4 15x8 WS6 rims with the original center caps, and the original "off the window" window sticker. Final Assembly Plant - Norwood, OH Dealer to Whom Delivered - Hutchinson Pontiac Sales Rouses Point, NY S 02-259 - F99147 Suggested Retail - 6,204.45 Factory installed options and accessory subtotal - 1,526.10 Destination charge - 255.00 Total Amount - 7,987.55
