Curt is just trying to help you out man. I'm pretty sure he has a few years on you and is offering good life advice based on experience. Do what you will with it.

You might be a great head porter but you are not an effective marketer. You sound like everything you claim to despise. The head is hitting its stride. Let its performance continue to do the talking.
... you couldn't be more wrong, all i've done is respond to lies and misinformtion, and defend the CV-1 head when needed, but considering the side of the fence you've been on all this time Dan, your comment means absolutely nothing to me ... as everytime Jack spreads his lies i never see you call him out on that, not one single time, in fact many times you're yapping along right beside him Dan, but yet you somehow feel in the right to making your comment towards me after me trying to put the truth out there ??? ... as if i'm somehow the bad guy here ??? ... wake up man ...

... my job has always been to right the wrong, the rest will take care of itself ...

You don't need to respond the performance of the head is. People aren't stupid, if they have a bias they will regardless of what you, Jack or anyone else says. But those that don't have a bias will see what's real and what's not.

I like Jack and I do like the trash talking but that's because I'm an old street racer. You don't like it, I get it. I was a doubter of your product but as I said, I no longer am. The head gets it done and will continue to impress I am certain.

Look at KRE, they've got a vocal few that hate them and take a shot whenever they can. They never respond, they just keep doing what they do...creating, manufacturing, marketing, racing...and selling (in great volumes) their product.

The problem I see is the power adders. I have a stock unported head on my car and with boost it makes more than it should, way more. Boost and N20 will make any head work better than it should.
The bar is set by Snyder 7.70 no power adder (tiger) and I am sure a few others.

Bill sometimes talk is just talk. You know how many people just read this for the entertainment factor. I do. Hell Langer, Leech, Kinsler, Lil Jack could be an HBO special.

Get a N/A CV-1 race build out there. I am sure there is one in the works. Let the chips fall where they will.

That first paragraph might need some editing.

The point was you can not judge a head in a power adder situation. Did you not read this thread and all the posts?

Are you going to step down to small valve D-ports and expect the same results at same boost levels??? How about just adding two 106's and use the same small valve heads and step up boost levels???

Of course not! Your post is contradicts your own build.

Anytime, any power adder, (or not) when VE and/or combustion efficiency is improved you will improve power. (VE is always king )
If your base HP is more than my base HP and we run the same power adder I'm not likely to beat you.
At some point the lesser motor chokes and adding more power adder becomes counterproductive. The more efficient motor can continue adding power adder beyond the lesser motor before it hits its choke point.

Not sure i agree, add nitrous to Dwight or Langer's engine, lots of base hp but highly doubt they'll handle loads of nitrous vs a purpose built nitrous engine that will make less base but will handle loads of nitrous, end result will be purpose built nitrous engine is faster. Im not sure base hp really means anything to anyone when it comes to power adder combos, except to the people that are involved in the engine program.
