... you guys don't know anything about those carbs, we ran my spread dominator on this engine the last time it was dyno'd, it made 6 less hp and 8 more ft lbs ...

... now the real issue here is not even that, as if this nonsense isn't bad enough, there is and has been a lop-sided bias from you 'Haters' concerning CV-1's regardless of the topic, and everyone knows who you are, because most if not all of the same hater names are in just about every CV-1 thread there is, Fulton's car IS faster, and it certainly has not matched the MPH to our best ET, YET ...

... but you guys still wanna pick it apart and discredit the whole thing because of some parts, and Fulton is faster ??? ... has a single one of you jumped on Jack and his new combo ??? because he is slower and and recieved nothing like what Fulton's results have, not even close ... and he went slower ?? ... but you guys will say i'm wrong, that there is no bias here like always ...

... Jeff, you said you felt we'd go 7.40's or so before, and the car is showing that you might have been correct, i don't disagree with you there, but it's been posted by Marcella that new combo's are a pain to get dialed in, and that reference was to Langer's N/A engine, there's a little more to a 2 stage N20 combo wouldn't you say ??? ...

... if you guys are so fair, so unbias, then why haven't we been given that kind of quarter or understanding ??? ... heck, Jack was on the track i think a full season before we were wasn't he ?? ...

... and i'm not trying to blow you up here Jeff, i'm speaking honestly ...

I've never said anything negative about the CV1 heads. I've spoke the truth, the person reading that can form their own opinion. Calvin dyno'd at one of the shops I dyno at and am friends with the man in charge. He drove right by my house to get there. I would've been happy to go along and help. I would've brought along anything they'd need to tune.

Edelbrock heads didn't have an oil drain back problem... that was an Internet untruth. If the Eheads didn't come out I doubt their would have been the others to follow. We'd still be using Wenzlers. The Ehead is still the most powerful Pontiac head in the world....might not of set the world on fire but produced 3000 hp with standard pushrod location.

Dick Fulton is one of my Pontiac heroes along with Marty P, Kinsler, Slowbird, Lil Jack, Wreckmastr, Robin Robert , Cosgrove, Brand X, Langer, Dwight, Dave Johnson, Snyder, Leech and any of the other guys that digged deep into their pockets and had the dedication to work hard and go through all the set backs and produce mind boggling performance with a Pontiac engine. I have no idea why you feel I think differently.
I've talked to Jim and think it's great he brought another head to the market along with All - Pontiac, Lynn McCarty, Don Johnston and anyone else who has helped the hobby. Also have to admire Dave at SD for offering economically priced power producing cylinder head packages.

When have I slammed TTB? He is the guy that insulted my work but couldn't back it up... however I think we worked that out.

I wouldn't say anyone hoping the CV1 succeeds is a cheer leader.... I'd say the guys that have accomplished little in the automotive hobby but are hanging their hopes on the success of the CV1 program so much that they are willing to twist the truth to make it look like it's something it's not is a cheerleader.

BTW.... I don't think Marcella is ever wrong.

Also where have I trashed talked?
... you feel i lie ?? ... or are you refering to someone else ?? ...

Its been a verbal war. And Marcella is an intelligent guy but that doesn't mean he hasn't been wrong. As for the trash talk.......its been going on for years. I guess when its the norm you don't even notice it.

As for E-heads making 3000 hp.....thats with power adders, and many heads are capable of that.

But that doesn't seem to get the same knock as when Bill talks about something he created. And Bill wasn't the one posting "CV1TTFMF!!!"

Who exactly ARE the cheerleaders? And which heads are the "Holy Grail" exactly?

Seems to me its been the E-heads.

Bruce, you are much better at computer stuff than me. I'll do my best to answer all your questions. You make facts up! You've mentioned more than once Fulton's CV1 combo went faster than his Gabby Eheads.... that is a lie! 100% made up! You stated that DF's CV1/Ehead stock block dyno test had EIC heads....another made up fact. You stated DF's heads have never been removed this year, TTB says they've had the pistons out on a freshen up and DF stated he's had piston issues.....looks like another fact you made up. You're constantly jumping to conclusions..... I make a post backing up TTB's claims and you are ready to fight because you think some how I am anti CV1....which isn't true at all. I'm all about the truth, which you are not unless the truth supports your beliefs.

If I was anti CV1 I would point out that DF ran 7.7 with his Ehead combo roughly six years ago. Fast forward with a new build and much better technology along with improved carburetors and a dry sump he has ran 7.6. I understand that is with less nitrous but we have no idea if the combination will respond to more nitrous favorably. I would also point out that he has a top notch chassis with big tires and only has Cosgrove's Ehead combination covered by a tenth or so and Cosgrove's chassis is leaf springs, Cal-track and smaller tires. Cosgrove's car is ten times more "street" than DF's car, I've seen both cars in person.. I would also point out that DF has Kinsler's much smaller cid Ehead combination covered by a tenth or so and Kinsler has a small tire, Cal-Track leaf spring suspension 1/8 mile car using a single four and plate ...not two fours and a dual fogger. But since I'm not a CV1 hater I won't mention the above.

I apologize to Cosgrove and Kinsler for mentioning their names but I didn't really see a way around it. Both their cars are bad azz and do the Pontiac community proud.
I'll try to follow your order.
Dick set a personal best ETat Norwalk with CV1's. He also got a pass in at 180+but slower ET on a motor that wasnt 100% (on DOT tires not his slicks)
FACT that is faster and quicker than old combo.

Fact less N2O being used.

Weight... seems to be some controversy... I have not said anything on weight with old combo not sure what it was. Not on PY and especially not PZ... I havent been allowed to post in years because I proved him wrong about something.
Dick claims heavier than claimed on the reputable PZ board. I'd say Dick is far more credible than the person who can alter posts over there.
3130-3140 race weight at Norwalk per Dick and Bill 3180 at Beech Bend.(track prep sucked so maybe ballast. I never asked )
I made it to Beech Bend the track was miserable so were the temps. Even there, the car went 179 and ran in the 7's Ask GTOGeorge and others how nice the track and weather wasnt.

Heads off... I was wrong. I found out several days after posting. Should have posted an apology and correction then. Looking back I cant really say what gave me the impression I had. Brian and others...sorry about that.

Ok Whose E heads were used on the DF dyno test if they werent Gaby's?
I've never said EIC, just Gaby, so dont add words I didnt say. If Im wrong show me who's they were and I'll admit misinformation.

For the record I've been a fan of Kinsler since I met him at a RAM race in Virginia. 2009 IIRC. Dont think I've met Cosgrove, havent followed him. Both fast cars.
Dont see your point of dragging them in when thread is about Fulton and Little Jack.
Dick seems far from being fully sorted so you cant say it cant do better. Current results look promising. Only car I've criticized is little jack. And thats largely due to him running his mouth.

Lastly paul I dont just sit around and make things up. I try to post what I know is true vs believe to be true. I post an opinion I usually preface it with IMO. There is no one here who never erred or had wrong info or simply confused something said with something else said.

Glad you got around to name names vs guessing games of who your referring too.

Not offended... paul is proud of the Buick rightfully so... but I am not aware of any Pontiacs he has built that can touch it.

And to be fair Bill doesnt have a Pontiac that fast...yet.

Good wet sump with a enhanced 4 vane pump is probably equal to drysump

You need to lay by your bowl and lick your sore butt a while before going back on the porch barking at everyone.
