Current plan is to use the OEM brackets. No plans to drill holes in them to lighten them up.
Anyone making aluminum replacements?

Really proves a cars reliability and streetability!

That's the longer team plan, lights, wipers, 2 fuel tanks and the chute mount is setup to double as a trailer hitch.

Don did a great job on the "Split Port" design RA-V heads (No pushrod tube to leak bs) and this very nice intake for those heads. Great Job Don and Mark.

The "ring" was the way to go Ed, a welded top would have moved all over the place and would have needed a lot of extra machining.

Hey Tom,

I believe it's the same top, possibly the same 105mm throttle body. Both Don and Mark do great work, Cheetos to both of them "pun intended".

This one is setup to have the throttle body rearward facing, I believe Mark also has an adapter for forward facing throttle body. Mark can correct me if I'm wrong

Can you buy just the top or did you have to purchase the whole intake?

As its a "STREET CAR" cough cough , it will be interesting to see how those injectors work at low speeds while driving to the Burger King.

I’m interested as well. Mike Moran claimed they would work fine.

You can buy each individual part for the Holley EFI stuff.

There are two lids for the intakes: One for the 95mm Throttle body and one for the 105mm throttle body that I am aware of. There may be more.

I have attached a picture showing the different parts you can assemble in different combinations, click on pic for large view.

Tom V.

I modified parts to work with my Warrior Tunnel Ram Intake.

Mark over at Luhn Performance making some progress on the intake. Holley EFI Adapter, O-rings and engraving, should have the finished product soon.

Top on far left bottom is "whatever you want it to be" top?

You could make it a Tri-Power Throttle Body Top with EFI, I suppose.

Some would use that top on the base of a Qffy dual quad intake except that the dual quad 4 bbl base is already with-in a few thousands of being a direct bolt on, so wasted money there to mod a blank top.

Some could use the blank top Bruce, when using a Warrior/Nash tunnel ram intake to create a "bottom feed/center feed" type intake design like John Mahovitz did with his race intake. He has excellent air distribution to the runners.

Luhn Performance finished up coating the intake and adding the RaVen logo, now back to finishing up the cold side, pedals and interior paint.

A very nice job on the logo (easy to draw with ink, very difficult to machine in a rounded aluminum manifold top!). Nice work by Luhn Performance.
