Back in the mid 60's my 59 Catalina had three posi. gear sets. 3.08 for street, 3.90 and 4.10 for racing. On a Friday afternoon after school my mom always knew when I was going street racing. I got it down to changing that street 3.08 to a 3.90 or 4.10 in about 20min. Those 9.3" pumpkins aren't exactly light either.
