IIRC The taller rear reveal trim clips rest aprox 5/16 off the glass ledge are all of your pins missing?
if so no worries as they have shouldered screws now just for this task.
There are 4 Top & Bottom and 3 L & R. The beauty of the screw is you can adjust for any inconsistencies.
I would use one of the side trim pieces to get a better visual on proper depth/setting needed.
I'll see if I can can better specs off the '66 at the shop ASAP.
