Don also did some of the 409 SS cars(Barry Taylor's dad's car out of Garland) and of course the first V8 Vega kit! Man how old is he now?

Also count on Steve Dale's "Goateus Maximus". Currently being rebuilt after a massive engine explosion that pitched the body off. Blown alcohol, real Pontiac.

Which is why I want two replacement bodies and put the original on ice.

I'll also be running an outlaw Fiat body while the original is off to make new flopper bodies. "Coddiwomple" should be making the altered rounds early next year.

I got to hear Jess speak at the GTO Nat's in 2010, Wichita. An awesome experience. Glad I got to experience him while he was still with us!!!

His car was in the arena. They started it up, to move it out. One of my fellow Pontiac enthusiast's was standing about 10 feet from his car when they started it.......oh man, he nearly loaded his britches!!!

Good approach. We're on our second repop body and it's got use and abuse cracks in it. Original Boss Bird body was returned to it's owner in Michigan.

We'd love to, but no sign of it being able to fit in the budget.

Hear that. Why the old bodies are so much heavier than today's is becoming more clear.

Eric, I'm shooting for a trip to PA for the Funny Car Nationals then Pontiac Nationals 2 weeks later. Not sure I can make this happen for 2018, but 2019 for sure. Just need the new body to come in on time for paint. What would be better than to crash that party with 3 Pontiac powered floppers? That is if Goateus can make it.

Are you coming to Norwalk this year? If so, stop in and we'll compare notes.
