We're running Sunday. Still raining off and on here and supposed to get windy. Weather supposed to be perfect Sunday.
Had dinner with Arnie tonite....always a good time.

We turned up the wick on Boss Bird. Launched like a monster. Best ever 60 ft and 1/8th mile. 3.88@192 mph.

Got squirrelly after the eighth and had to lift. Ran a 6.09 coasting.

Jetting stagger looks perfect...all plugs identical.

Had a great time watching all the fun. Had to leave early so no news here but had a blast watching all that Indian power . I got to see the Boss Bird (what a Beast) run and Arnie on the tractor. Good Times.

What was your 60ft? How far into run did you lift?

Is that possibly the fastest 1/8 mile Pontiac lap ever? I think Jeff Kauffman was 3.93 to the 1/8 on his 5.991 record setting run.

Well done Eric, Mike and company!

Here's a picture of a perfect set of plugs out of a nitro engine. All the same and the ground straps nibbled back just a bit.

Great run!! What would you say the 3.882 1/8 mile time equate to in the 1/4 with a nitro funny car? Also, was there any engine damage that you know of?

Our tuner says it's typical for a Nostalgia nitro F/C to add 2.00 to estimate 1/4 mile ET.

Didn't take anything apart yet but the perfect plugs suggest that we'll find 8 good pistons inside.
