I have the upper and lower box for the carb and you would just need a inter-cooler brick fabricated to sit above the carb. At one time Vortech sold the things. See Pics below They were all made (actually) by Shelby Spearco (George Spears). I still have some inter-cooler bricks but some good fabrication skills would be required to make one today, JC. Tom V.

I have several of the Vortech Air Boxes NEW.
Send me a pm and we can talk about your project and maybe get you a lower. I put two of the Vortech Boxes together one time for a Blow thru, Inter-cooled Tri-Power set-up using Holley special 2-BBL carbs. Had dual inlets too for a Twin Turbo Set-up. Maybe can take some pics at some point for the board. Tom V.

Tom: have you ever seen the blow thru cooler units from R-tech? Was aimed at the marine market.

Have seen the owner "Tom" post on the marine engine forums a few times. He is tied in with Vortech Engineering, (dealer I think), and sells kits with his Inter-cooler and their superchargers.
When Vortech walked away from the Igloo type inter-cooler "Tom" saw a market for his inter-cooler ideas in the boat market. Procharger had a carb box deal for the marine engines for years. Never really saw much in the way of good inter-coolers out of them. "Tom" said his stuff was better when people switched to his stuff. The point of all this being, IF you add inter-cooling you can run a denser intake charge and less boost and make a bunch of power. Hope you are happy and well Ken. Tom V.
