Yep. Just a quick glance shows extensive bondo bucket status, missing carpet, blown up back seat, upholstery looks tired at best, bent back bumper, pics taken at different times, probably to hide obvious defects that have emerged since.. No scam, just a cheap rough convertible from the land of rust and bondo-filled holes.

Yea, that's how you sell a car, 1 bad picture, covered in Mud & Debris, no description of even the engine/trans type. all that and only $10,000 what a deal.

It’s a fairly common conversion but you still have to contend with the unreliable Lucas electrical components.
