I love this color combo - have always been a fan of the blue with saddle, beige or chocolate brown interiors. My Corvette is Laguna Blue with Brownstone interior. My Silverado High Country Diesel is Deep Ocean Blue Metallic with the Saddle Brown Leather interior.
This 73 Formula has the same custom cloth interior as my 74 Formula 455 with the exception of the dash and console color. In 74 the dash and console was the lighter saddle color similar to the seats and door panels. I saw a blue/saddle combo at the TA Nats last year and really liked it. These custom cloth interiors are rare, and this Neutral interior combined with the column shift makes this 73 - as optioned - a very rare combo worth saving. I agree that $8500 is a solid offer for that car in its present condition. I hope you can get it. I would probably keep the column shift though. Cool car! BJ
