Default Wastegate?

How does a wastegate work on a Procharger type application? On a Turbo its on the exhaust side....correct?

it bleeds off and controls the intake air instead of the exhaust..

It bleeds off air BEFORE the carb or intake manifold. The air contains no fuel.

It bleeds of out of the other side of the wastegate to the atmospher..
Heres a video of a guy that did it. the black one is the wastegate and the red one is the blow of valve right before the carb bonnet .. this is one way to set it up..
