Now I've heard that the original conception of the Judge was based on the Custom S coupe

I thought it wasn't a bad car... until I saw the underhood.
Check out the fuel line. And the transmission cooler line.

It's not a bad car, just needs someone who's not insane to redo the electrical and other underhood stuff.

Passenger side starter on the chevy. Battery comes in right front on them.

Even got the ground cable in stock chevy location. Left front of engine would've been too easy.

I wonder if he would consider selling without the engine and all that optional wiring?

I agree. I would have to win the lotto to fix cars of that unusual nature up, but that thing has mojo deluxe. Cars like that have a cartoon look to me. I would two tone red and white. Big medical cross on the door.

Look at all the pics. It must be a 1964 1/2.

Surprised there isn't a story about how it was a real late '64 and they had used up all the parts, so they put a '65 doghouse on it.

I'm going to say it's 'cause of the lines? Most don't really match the body well. Either too bulky, too square, too round, etc. Look at how nicely this windshield angle transitions into the roof. Someone spent some time getting the proportions right.
