I have a 1975 Pontiac 400 engine code ZJ out of a Trans am I think that was built into a stroker with a Cast 455 crank, studded mains, arp bolts, eagle rods and JE srp forged pistons, alum timing chain cover and thicker balancer. A few thousand miles on it. I looked it over pretty good. The only issue is cylinder #5 has a little pitting in a small spot from water laying in it I guess.
I think it might just need a little honing or leave it alone. Up to the buyer. 1500.00 Last edited by Ram4king; 11-26-2019 at 03:32 PM. |

Location? I'm interested. Eagle rods or Childs & Albert. Sure it's a 455 crank in a 400?

Yes sir. Checked every number today. Advertised it a little too quick that's all.
I've been to your house and bought a 390 rear from you years ago. I'm also selling the aluminum heads off this engine in a different ad Just call the number listed if you want to talk |
