The factory port for vacuum on a Q-Jet is located at the bottom of the back of the carb, and that's probably the best place to attach the hose from the distributor.

If I recall correctly, though, Q-Jets don't have ported vacuum at all, and so no matter where you plug in the hose you are running vacuum advance all the time unless your engine has a functional TCS solenoid, in which case you'd only get vacuum advance in certain gears (third and fourth on a manual transmission car).
