I’m sure that car dealers have at least slowed down a bit - and they would love the chance to move more product. This always means they are ready to deal.
If you get serious, most dealers will sell you a common model for Invoice or below just to move it and get the holdback. Might have to pay a little more for a hard to get model, but not much if it is in stock.
