Love the humor, and for sure I deserve some pokes in the backside on occasion when it comes to cam stuff.....good thing I have my big-boy britches on today so it bothers me not in the least.....
Anyhow, the conventional wisdom with all engine builds are to choose the the cam for the CID, head flow, compression ratio and USE OF THE VEHICLE. Can't argue the results here considering how simple the combo is and not using a lot of exotic parts to get er done...... Anyhow, OUT of here for a long weekend and to be there for my grand sons birth in a few days.....have fun gentlemen, even if it's at my expense!.......

Glad we agree on something.
I think that's a first. That calls for a celebration (I'm always looking for a reason). Gonna whip up an Old Fashioned made with Bulleit Barrel Strength and smoked with cherry wood. I may have to have more than one they are so good!......

My copy of John Schloe's 69 RAIV 400 stocker cam is 274/274@ 0.050! Probably not a good idle or work power brakes
But got the car in the 10s way back when.
