The description of that car is hilarious and not intentionally.

Being shown in a row of dozens of 77 and 78 TAs, that dash-mounted PDL is gonna rock the world.

Extremely nice.

I'm partial to the color on that one myself. They ditched the black vinyl top that made it a perfect match to mine but it still looks great.

12C would make sense for Bird glass but the OSRVM seems a little off,as do the seat belts

All in all a beautiful car.

Glenn theres a mate to yours
At $25K ,if its not a patched up rot box it would be a nice driver.
Just noticed it has a rare PS cooler which means a 3.55 rear too.
3 on the tree wasnt available in a Sprint so obviously its been cloned.

I tried for years back in the '90s to buy a car identical to that one except without the vinyl top. Just sitting in the carport of a house. Clean car but the carb was missing. Guy wouldn't sell. I know I'm in the minority but I love a Mayfair Maize Pontiac with black interior.

When it comes to options, that car is the definition of "loaded"...

Agree. I'm trying to be less critical of these cars, but the "Ram Air" chrome emblems in the hood of an otherwise bone stock car is just stupid. It's not Ram Air. What really gets me is when the hood doesn't have poser "Ram Air" decals, but the chrome air cleaner does, when it clearly isn't Ram Air, and the only way to tell that is to lift the hood.

Who doesn't love a yellow Gen 1? To be honest, the only color I really don't like is brown, but even brown can look classy with the right interior color. Black, silver, white and even green Gen 1's don't scream "I'M A HOT ROD." Red stands out, but most repaints out there are red they're not uncommon. The golds and other rare colors are the prettiest IMO, but yellow screams it's a hot rod.

69 Yellow convertible at $39K BIN OBO in Denver.

69 Firebird convertible in Pennsylvania at $66K BIN. That's a hot rod. ever owned and driven a yellow muscle car? It's something you have to do in order to understand what it's like. Cars like this draw a lot of attention.

Looks like they drove the second one right through every aisle at PepBoys. The cheesification is complete with the killer bee theme.

The first one is way better. Special paint car, too.

The Goldenrod yellow doesn't do it for me like MM. I like the paler hue much more.

What the fork is that sticking out of the dash? Voice in my head... "cheesification" has now been added to your permanent vocabulary. Use it sparingly, like when a Moparish bee sticker is put on a Pontiac.

Agree 100%. The pale yellow is much less in your face, but I love me some Goldenrod yellow just because it's so rare. Wish Pontiac had the equivalent of the Martini report to prove just how rare. I'd pay for that report on my cars.
