Yeeaaah, I would not be leaving that in the parking lot without someone in the car.

Clone or not it's still pretty rare.

I figured clone at first then noticed the “HEMI ‘Cuda” badge on the shaker was worn looking like maybe a 1970 original along with the lower gills on the rockers. The vinyl top definitely looked original. If it was a clone it was cloned a while ago I think. I should have hung around or casually walked into the place and glanced at the vin to know for sure. Beautiful car either way.

Funny part was that I was on my way to meet someone to grab a one year only 360 air cleaner for our ‘74 at the time. Waited 2 years or more to find one and it popped up on marketplace locally.

I saw this one near my house. I've seen it around a few times but haven't seen the owner yet.

Very nice.

The older I get, the more I appreciate this era.

I have no desire to speed, just want to cruise in comfort but with simple tech. These fit the bill nicely.

As they say, "Life is better looking through a split windshield."

I saw this today at the bank.

.
Saw the Toyota "Century' up on I-5 in NorCal too.

Seems like we're not to far from each other. I know the owner of this '65. I see him from time to time around town or at different get togethers. He's had that car for quite a while if I remember - might have been his dad's?

BTW, a bunch of folks get together informally at CVS/Pancho's Mexican Food on Clayton Rd and Port Chicago on Saturday nights around 5:30-6. I usually try to stop in if nothing else is going on. It would be fun to meet up some time since we're in the same neighborhood.

Following my friend in his 55 tbird that i brought back to life last year. had been sitting for 15 years or so, i worked on it for 6 months to get it up as a dependable car. Felt good to see him enjoying it and it not breaking down!
i was hauling his 1960 nash metropolitan on my trailer, he retired and is moving to his lake house.
The nash is a 'cute' little car....he says all women love it, whether they are 18 or 80 years old

Not exactly on the road but I stopped by my mechanic's shop today when I was out for a drive and he had this really nice 69 Camaro in for some steering work. The picture doesn't do it justice at all. The paint was amazing and the interior looked perfect. 4 spd too. The front is high because they had just started jacking it up when I snapped the shot.

A couple from last week. The little English ford was fun to follow. He had a fairly noisy exhaust and I could hear him shifting. It must have a low axle gear ratio as he would be shifting into 3rd when I was shifting into 2nd. He was rowing through the gears like a mad man just keeping up with the traffic in town. 😀

Passed by this El Camino as we were walking back from the farmers' market. I like the rally wheels.

I couldn't tell you when the last time I saw a mustang II cobra.

I did see this Cadillac last night at the neighborhood watering hole.
