I didn't read all the post here but i did see the 121 lobe separation post -- that's way to big --its huge power adder range -- 114 to 116 max Imo

121 would be a huge scavenge loss? Makes it look like a header issue?

When we first had the motor on the dyno we had the cam I’ve listed below. I talked to John Marcella about the issues I’ve had with the intake & cam.When I told him what it did the first time on the dyno he said so did you have to run a lot of jet in the carb? I told him yes sir we went to 160s in a 1250 carb & nothing mattered. We never tried the below cam after we took some intake plenum away. The first cam made 1000.4 hp & 761 trq @ 6900. Changed cams & worked the intake & made 1071.9 @ 8000 & 775 trq @ 6700.
For what it’s worth everyone that’s I’ve talked to & shared the specs with says the first cam is the better cam. That was true in dads car it made 1111hp & 866 trq vs his current cam making 1103 7800 & 851 trq @ 5800
