The stamped codes on the inside passenger axle tube are: KDC 132 1, which I believe translates to 2.73 open, Buffalo NY, May 12, 1971, first shift.
The casting codes on the lower webbing facing the transmission is GM G2 on the passenger side and 3969278NF on the driver side, which I believe is the code for '70-'72 car 12-bolt center sections. The cast date code is on the rearward facing passenger side lower web. It was too gunked up and dark outside for me to be able to clearly read it.
