Default Help identify under dash wiring

This is from under the dash of a 69 GTO we are working on. Can anyone tell what it’s for the one end looks like the plug has rotted apart. Thanks

Was this a manual with cruise control? This could be a jumper harness for that app IF offered by the factory.

Rear Defogger.
The other harness half will be under the drivers seat. Brown wire with red connector is accessory power, Purple wire is high speed blower, white wire is the resistance wire for low speed. The resistance section is in the other half of the harness.
