I can't believe people want to buy that thing. I seems that some people want to be the first adopters. I can buy a beautiful new Duramax diesel 2500 HD Silverado for less that that useless "truck".

Stock RAM HD with Cummins against CyberTruck in a sled Pull.

Cummins kicked CT's butt and pulled about 6 miles per hour faster as well as almost 50 feet farther

https://youtu.be/FrIUPD_wM6c?t=886

It did better at an autocross against about 35 Porsche's made one run and placed in the Top 5.

It is doing better as a car than a truck.

Well that sure is a rigged track run. I've been in a 911 back in the good ol days, early 80s and when you have to crank the sunroof closed just because the torque is so wicked, I don't think it would fair poorly at all.

But the obvious needs said. Physics law of traction is about surface area. Double the surface area with 4 wheel motor power, a 2nd grader can calculate the outcome. Why is this not pointed out each and every rigged run?

I wasn't a fan of these when I first saw them, but with all the hate people have thrown at it, I've changed my tune. There's a FB page of people who actually have one and use it for truck stuff. If you go on any FB page or forum specific to X brand vehicle, you'll find nothing but horror stories about problems, warranty claims denied, no parts available, people saying they will never buy another X truck again...

Never belonged to Facebag never will.
Waste of time and energy.
Like most things on the web, I see people now, actually everyone glued to their phones (modern version of a tv) even bumping into people not paying attention to anything but the GD phone.
It's really gotten out of hand, we are all nothing but bots now.
Real meaningful things in life are passing them by and they don't care to notice.

The technology of the truck is kind of cool, but I hate the looks. Maybe if it looked less like a 5-year-old designed it, I might like it. Haven't really seen any reviews of it. Just not ready for a truck that I can't pull my travel trailer without stopping to charge too frequently. Maybe when there are charging spots as frequent as gas stations.

They're popping up more frequently here in PA, but waiting 20 minutes to charge would really try my patience. A guy told me that if you charge a Tesla battery over 80% at a charging station, you get fined. The reasoning is that it will charge up to 80% fairly fast but it takes a lot longer to go from 80% to 100%. Not sure if that's true or not, but something with only a 250 mile range, I'd want it 100% before I took off.
