I got a good bud in Nashville, he always brags on the weather, it’s close to 10° warmer there that in the D. People don’t move there for the warm weather 🤣

The governor of Georgia has already declared a state of emergency for tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday. We may get up to 3 inches of snow here in southwest Georgia!

Plus, all the jacked up trucks with wheels sticking out past body by a foot or so, will find they don't work very well.

The news is reporting 1.3" of snow in Cary NC, which is about 5 miles away. I measured 1.5" on the deck railing, so that seems to be pretty accurate.

This snow is not the normal mixture of sleet, snow, and freezing rain we get. It was pretty cold when the snow started falling.

My brother went in the Navy in 1983. Was stationed at Pensacola. He has been there ever since. This is the 3rd snowfall they have had since then.

Default Snow

Family in Texas (Nof DFW)have more snow than family N of Twin Cities. I am in the middle and have yet to push 1" with my commercial plow business. Doesn't pay anymore. Just salt the ice rains.

My brother has a removable hydraulic plow set-up for his 04 Chevy 2500 4x4.
He sub-contracts with a friend of his doing parking lots.
Last time he used it was 2019. ( in NC )
